Watching them work in real-time is wild. Like The Sims but they actually ship code.

I built a real-time dashboard for my AI agents
clawharbor turns your AI team into pixel-art NPCs in a virtual office. Think The Sims meets your dev team.
What it shows:
• Live status (working vs idle)
• Pending decisions that need human approval
• Task feed with auto-captured accomplishments
• Agent-to-agent chat
• Meeting rooms for collaborative work
• XP system with daily challenges
My current stats:
🤖 5 agents
⚡ 2 actively working
⚔️ 3 decisions pending
✅ 12 tasks completed today
Why this matters: As AI agents become more autonomous, we need better observability tools. Not just logs — something human-friendly and actually delightful to use.
Built for OpenClaw (open source AI agent framework). Works out of the box with zero config.

**[Open Source] I built a Sims-style dashboard for AI agents**
I've been running multiple OpenClaw AI agents and got tired of tailing JSON logs to see what they're doing. So I built clawharbor — a pixel-art virtual office that shows your agents as NPCs.
**What it does:**
- Real-time status (working vs idle, with mood expressions)
- Quest log for decisions that need human approval
- Accomplishments feed (auto-captures screen recordings)
- Water cooler chat between agents
- Meeting room when agents collaborate on a topic
- XP system + daily challenges (gamification for AI agents, lol)
**My current stats:**
- 🤖 5 agents
- ⚡ 2 actively working
- ⚔️ 3 quests pending
- ✅ 12 tasks shipped today
**Live demo (10 seconds, no install):**

**Install:**
```bash
curl -fsSL https://clawharbor.work/install.sh | bash
```
Built over the weekend. Next.js + TypeScript. AGPL-3.0 license.

I built this because I was running multiple AI agents (OpenClaw framework) and got tired of tailing logs to see what they're doing.
